Leases less than 12 months require a $50 per month premium unless they expire 7/31. Hold Deposit $100 (applied to 1st mo rent). App Fee per Adult is $35. Admin Fee is waived. SD payable at move-in is $250 for Graduate Students (waived with qualified co-signer), 1 mo. rent for Undergraduate Students (waived with qualified co-signer), or $250 with Financial Aid.
