By signing up for our Priority Waiting List, a prospective resident can lock in special rates, guarantee first choice of locations and secure other benefits.
Where applicable, a resident who refers a friend or family member to GSC will receive a bonus when the referred person moves in. Ask for details at any Leasing Information Center.
Students will feel right at home in our communities, many of which are conveniently located near major universities and colleges. We offer special student lease and renewal programs, referral for furniture rental, and in some locations, express shuttles to campus.
