Some GSC communities offer business centers equipped with computers, fax machines and copiers for resident use. In communities where this service is not available, our office staff will be happy to allow use of the copier and fax as needed.
Many of our communities have comfortable clubhouses with large-screen televisions where you can meet your friends and catch the big game, or just relax with a friendly game of cards.
When you’re in the mood for a good movie or book, visit the Leasing Information Center. Many have libraries where you can check out videos, games or books.
We have designated dog-walking areas, and some communities provide pet stations to encourage a clean environment. We can also refer local veterinarians, pet shops and pet sitters to keep your pets healthy and happy.
Utility companies in some cities offer websites which allow customers to initiate, terminate and transfer services on line. Let us show you how easy this can be!
In some areas, we are able to offer special low telephone rates to our residents through our arrangements with local service providers. Ask the Leasing Information Center for details.
Many GSC communities have public transportation available within or at the entrance to the community, and some offer regularly scheduled shuttles. Check with the community of your choice for availability. If you need transportation to the airport or train station, we can locate taxi or limousine service, and can suggest nearby hotels for your out-of-town guests.
In some areas, professional tennis lessons are available at GSC courts.

Check with the Leasing Information Center for area delivery services that can bring groceries, prescriptions, restaurant meals, etc., right to your door.
We have information on professional car care services for washing and detailing your vehicle. In addition, many of our communities have car care areas.
